The standings have been updated for the CRCA Open Racing Series, including the Men’s 1/2 Series presented by Sids Bikes (tie for first between Michael Boardman and Greg Olsen), the Men’s 3 Series presented by Accelerade and 2nd Surge (tie for first between Walker Hammean and David Carr), and the Women’s 3/4 series presented by Bike Doctor NYC (Brittlee Bowman leading). The ties so far are split between those who got top places in the first two events in the men’s series, the Orchard Beach Crit and the Floyd-Bennett Time Trial. There are more chances soon to shake things up in the series standings. The Alpine Hill Climb TT presented by I Will Foundation will take place on June 23 on the newly paved Alpine climb. The link to registration for the Alpine TT is here. The Central Park Classic presented by Accelerade and 2nd Surge will happen a week later on June 30, and you can register here.
Reminder, the winner of the men’s 1/2 series presented by Sids Bikes gets a CAAD10 Cannondale Frame. The winner of the men’s cat. 3 series presented by Accelerade and 2nd Surge gets $300, and the winner of the women’s 3/4 series presented by Bike Doctor NYC gets a Shimano Ultegra Group.
