CRCA sub-team Foundation Cycling New York has removed Lisban Quintero from its roster for violation of the team’s contract by testing positive at a race in Wilmington, DE. CRCA’s Code of Conduct requires complying with all USAC rules and Lisban will be suspended from CRCA indefinitely in accordance with the Club by-laws. Additional details are expected from USAC next week.
We are deeply saddened, angered and disappointed to hear that one of our members has disgraced his club, his team and the sport by abusing banned substances. CRCA has always stood against doping at all levels of the sport and will not tolerate violations of any form.
