The CRCA club race scheduled for June 7 has been switched to July 19 and the Lou Maltese Memorial has been moved to August 16 with July 11 becoming a club race.
Due to a conflict with the New York Road Runner’s Women’s Mini Marathon, the Dept. of Parks has changed the CRCA race scheduled for June 7 to July 19.
Due to a conflict with the Brooklyn Grand Prix in Prospect Park, the Lou Maltese Memorial has been rescheduled for August 16. Avoiding such conflicts is in the interest of cycling in New York City. Because it is very hard to get Parks to switch dates because of full schedules, it was easiest for CRCA to flip dates. Because another date is not available, CRCA will hold a club race on the original Maltese July 11 date.
The CRCA Director of Marshals will issue instructions regarding the switching of scheduled marshal dates.
