We’d like to thank members for taking the time to share their feedback with us as we plan for the 2013 season. We received responses from 230 members (up from 187 last year), which constitutes over 25% of our membership and represents a diverse spectrum of riders.

Given the value we place on transparency, we have compiled a summary of the key feedback we received, including comparisons to the 2011 survey where relevant.  We also provided brief responses aimed to inform and to explain how we intend to address the issues in our planning for the future.

The primary takeaways the Board identified were:

– The vast majority of our members feel that the Club has done a good job in providing good value for their money, providing the right mix of open and Club races, and improving communication with members.

– Members indicate that the Club needs to continue to focus on improving the effectiveness of our motos and marshals during Club races.

– Members are in favor of the Club’s financial support of anti-doping initiatives.

Our summary (including a link to the full Survey responses) is provided below. Thanks again for your participation.
