“Flashing Yellow” Bill to be Introduced
In support of safe cycling and pedestrian use of Central Park, Council Member Ydanis Rodriguez is introducing the “Flashing Yellow Light” bill to City Council. It has been submitted for Introduction at the next Stated meeting scheduled for next Wednesday, March 23rd. Council Members Gentile and Brewer have joined as lead sponsors for the bill.…
